Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, and so is ours! To provide the best service to all clients, please review and respect the following cancellation guidelines:
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may be restricted from future bookings.
